Kalayla Hough, MS, CCC-SLP
Kalayla is a licensed and ASHA certified speech language pathologist. She holds a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Kalayla has experience in pediatric outpatient and in-home settings serving families from a variety of cultural backgrounds. She is a certified Infant Family Specialist who believes that supporting the child-caregiver relationship is essential to making meaningful progress. Kalayla has experience working with children of all ages with language delays, motor speech disorders (e.g., Apraxia), autism, ADHD, and rare genetic disorders. For the past seven years, Kalayla has worked closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and special educators. This gives her a unique ability to make appropriate referrals and hold in mind whole child development as it relates to communication.
Kalayla’s passion is to help children communicate with their loved ones and give them the communication tools they need to accomplish all of their dreams.
